I think i'm just really in the mood for procrastination. Mid-sem exams and assessments are coming up and I really can't be bothered preparing for all this clerkship business (I'm sure i will be regretting it later). Anyway, here are some photos from my trip to Hong Kong and Shanghai last July... Can't believe it has been a month already!

I've always thought that I would save money during the exam period... But staying at home and 'studying' has caused me to spend a lot more than I had anticipated. During these past two weeks, this is what I have received in the mail:

1. Topshop floral blazer
2. Shakuhachi cape dress
3. Asos gold spike bracelet
4. Alexander Wang prisma clutch in petrol (scored it off Barneys on sale!)
5. Asos white tassel loafers
6. American Apparel pants in dusty pink

On a side note, I'm still loving my parka to bits! Getting so much wear out of it in this cold cold weather!

Stylestalker rebellion parka, sister's Prada tote, House of Harlow necklace

Alice McCall Top, Zipia Shorts, Ferragamo Flats, Alexander Wang Bag, ASOS Rings, Ellery x Graz Sunglasses

Went to Sculptures by the Sea with J on Tuesday. As it was my first time going, I didn't know what to expect and had no idea that the walk would take 3 hours. Luckily on the day it was not too hot so the walk was enjoyable and I didn't get sun burnt! After our epic walk, we ate at Bondi Westfield and watched In Time at the cinemas. I thought the movie was quite good, probably because I like most Sci-fi movies. The concept that time is money is well thought out and rather relevant in today's society.

I need to do my regrowths soon!

Bec & Bridge dress, Jeffrey Campbell Shoes
American Apparel Bodysuit, Zara Leather Skirt, WD Shoes and  ASOS Clutch,
Our three and a half months of freedom has officially started! Hopefully this doesn't mean an increase in shopping and spending ... Above are photos from our night out on Friday. The Bec & Bridge dress is one of my favourites and I've worn it so many times! This is despite the whole "one dress, one wear" principle - I guess it's to avoid being seen in the same dress on multiple occasions. But why is that? I know I do it too but I think it's quite silly that a dress can only be worn a limited number of times.

American Apparel Bodysuit, Zara Leather Skirt, WD Shoes, ASOS Clutch, Chanel Earrings, ASOS Rings

Went out last night with A and M to celebrate the end of exams and the start of holidays! In the upcoming three and a half months of freedom that I have, I plan to work excessively to fund my spending habits and to learn to drive. Not really going anywhere special, but will definitely be going on another road trip with the girls and a short trip to Melbourne with J.

Will post about my stressed induced material acquisitions when I receive everything.

Brunch at Bar Indigo Double Bay

Zara shirt, ASOS leather skirt, Chanel flats and MiuMiu bag
My sister in fahrenheit top and maxi skirt, Sportsgirl necklace and Chanel bag
Eel skin bag from Love & Luck

Had Sunday afternoon brunch with my sister at Bar Indigo in Double Bay. It's my favourite brunch destination and the breakfast bruschetta is absolutely the best! Whilst shopping in Bondi Junction Westfield, I picked up a fuchsia eel skin clutch from Love and Luck, located where the emerging designer markets are. It's a perfect size and there's a strap included too... I just love the colour !

Unif top, Karen Walker pants, Ellery x Graz sunglasses, Melissa shoes, Marc by Marc Jacobs tote, YSL ring

This week has been way too overwhelming with presentations and exams none stop. I'm glad that it's over but unfortunately for me, it will be like this again in a few weeks time.

Last week was Vogue Fashion Night Out and I participated by watching customers drink complimentary champagne and munch on canapes by Aria. I was quite disappointed because I couldn't shop around and had work instead. However, the highlight of my night was meeting Margaret from Shine by Three, it was lovely having chat with her.

On a side note, the much anticipated ASOS Australia has landed! It's essentially the same site but prices are in AUD and there are free returns for Aussie customers!

Attention Online Shoppers!

This may be old news for some but as I am an online shopping addict, I decided that I must blog about this news.

Firstly, ASOS announced a while back that they will be launching an Australian website. This means that returns and exchanges for us Aussies will be more convenient and less expensive, but on the other hand ASOS's competitive prices will be inflated. Not sure when the site will start operating but it will be interesting to see how the prices compare to the UK site. Hopefully the Australian site will allow student discounts like the UK site too!

Following Zara's move in opening stores in Australia, the ever trendy Topshop has finally decided to make the move and establish its first flagship store in Sydney. It will be located on the corner of George Street and Market Street where the massive Supre used to be. Not sure what's going to happen to the Topshop/Topman section in Incu Paddington but I am anticipating the arrival of Topshop's first actual store in Sydney! I reckon it will draw much bigger crowds than Zara and I hear that it will open just in time for the Christmas rush.

So what do you guys think about ASOS & Topshop's establishment in the Australian retail market.
