Miu Miu bow-embellished halterneck bikini

I get super excited whenever I see the DHL person at my doorstep. It feels like my birthday whenever I receive parcels and I think that it might be one of the causes of my online shopping addiction. So when Net-a-porter emailed me earlier this week with a 50pound voucher, I went onto the website and started frantically browsing. This Miu Miu bikini was on the top of my want list as summer is fast approaching. I spent a few minutes tossing up between going for the navy or the blush colourway and ended up getting the navy. I don't think blush will look good on my pasty skin, even though it is the prettiest colour. Time to start my exercise regime to shed the winter weight so I can prance around the beach in my new bikini!

So i have not had any inspiration to blog lately (possibly due to my lack of motivation for almost everything). Even so, I had to think of something to blog about before a-nomalous is completely dominated by C!

Once upon a time, film cameras were the only way to capture our most memorable moments. Now, it has seemingly become a trend to ditch even the digital cameras and switch to a Digital SLR. I have recently upgraded to my very own DSLR, a Canon EOS 600D. Not being much of a tech savvy person myself, it is supposedly a great camera for what you might call a DSLR noob. I haven't taken any shots yet but hopefully a long weekend away to the Central Coast will give me that opportunity! Fingers crossed for some decent weather.

Lover Serpent Lace Dress

WANT. I honestly can't afford it since I recently acquired the AWang Rocco. Also, I really can't justify spending that much on a dress that I probably won't get much wear out of. As much as I love it and didn't want to take it off my body in the change room, I should spend that money on something more practical. If only this dress was in store before my 21st....

Alexander Wang Rocco Bag with Rose Gold Hardware

Say hello to my new baby! I've been lusting after this bag for a while now and have been tossing up between getting it in black with brass hardware or rose gold hardware. After much deliberation I decided on the rose gold but was informed by the staff at Alexander Wang that it was no longer in production. I was pretty devastated and almost purchased it with brass hardware before I came across it on Barneys! 

The bag itself is not as heavy as I expected and the rose gold cupcake studs works very well with the black pebbled leather. For anyone else interested, Barneys also stocks the latte coloured Rocco with rose gold hardware.

Eel skin bag from Love & Luck

Had Sunday afternoon brunch with my sister at Bar Indigo in Double Bay. It's my favourite brunch destination and the breakfast bruschetta is absolutely the best! Whilst shopping in Bondi Junction Westfield, I picked up a fuchsia eel skin clutch from Love and Luck, located where the emerging designer markets are. It's a perfect size and there's a strap included too... I just love the colour !
